MSF Lil Champions one of a kind youth class teaches participants to Think,Work,& Play like Champions on and off the field the class incorporates strength,speed, & game like exercises along with chants and cheers to being an instant smile and a long lasting positive attitude!

 


Youth Champions Ages (7-13 years old)

The Priority of MSF middle school strength and conditioning are intensity and commitment. We run a full-service program, focusing on strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention. Strength training emphasizes multi-joint, multi-plane movements such as power cleans squats and upper-body presses. Rotational movements balance and stability, unilateral exercises, and core training are also priorities. All programs are personalized to match team and player goals at given times of the year. Speed, agility and conditioning are tailored to the needs of each sport.

 

 

High School & College Competitive Champion Training (14-22 years old)

The Priority of MSF CHAMPION High School, Collegiate, and Professional strength and conditioning are intensity and commitment. We run a full-service program, focusing on strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, flexibility, recovery, and injury prevention. Our Lead Strength & Conditioning Coach gives lessons, shows videos, speeches, and implements many team mentality drills to help these athletes grow mentally strong. We also bring in motivational speakers, athletes, & coaches from all over to help inspire and motivate our athletes.
